Orders for digital (online products) are processed delivered immediately through our secure third party payment processor and accessible on the website as a multimedia file or document available for digital download. Bonus material that may be included in your purchase may be delivered at a later date as specified on the product page. Physical goods can be expected to be received within 14 working days or longer if outside Australia. In the event that a product is out of stock, you (the customer), will be contacted within 3 working days.

All data files for which a refund is approved must be immediately and permanently removed from all hard drives and smart (mobile) devices.
